One day, Hajime Azuma, a high school student with a knack for building plastic models, is summoned to the roof by his classmate Sayori Gotou, a demi-human gal with dragon blood. Though Sayori may seem like an upbeat girl, she actually has a life-or-death problem for a gal: her nails are too hard to do nail art. After hearing that nails and plastic models are similar, Sayori tells Hajime she'd like to hire him as a manicurist, but... Hajime, who has no experience doing nail art at all, is troubled, but through trial and error he manages to meet Sayori's expectations.
