Described as "strong and righteous," Huaiyan presides over the Xianzhou Zhuming, with his office at the Flamewheel Forge. He is said to be the longest-lived human aboard the Xianzhou. He has unrestricted access to visit the Flint Emperor who is imprisoned in the Flamewheel Forge.
